Mr. Conn worked as a regional manager with Amerigo restaurant chain and was responsible for growing revenue to $15 million per year. He has bought and sold his own restaurants, and is currently the majority owner of a very popular seafood restaurant in South Mississippi. Mr. Conn is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Merger and Acquisition Advisors. Alan Brind is a Certified Business Intermediary and has a decade of mid-market merger & acquisition experience in manufacturing, distribution, services and high technology sector, including aviation and marine industries. Mr. Brind also has thirty years of business and management experience. Prior experience was with Digital Equipment Corporation as manager of the company’s $350 million communications product line.

The firm has been in operation for ten years and provides business intermediary, evaluation, and capital funding services. Mr. Klinge is a Certified Business Intermediary and has more than twenty five years of experience in business operations, marketing, and in commercial and industrial development.
   

Greg Dupuis is the founder of Bridge Ventures, LLC and is an Accredited Merger & Acquisition Advisor with the Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors. He has an extensive background in corporate finance and an in-depth knowledge of mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Dupuis has a successful track record of completing over 200 transactions and has been in charge of the acquisition and divesture programs of both public and private equity sponsored companies.
